The Antitrust Authority has resolved to assign the Rating of Legality to MONTEFARMACO OTC SPA with the score of two stars. The Legality Rating is a tool established to promote the dissemination of ethical principles within business activities and to prevent illegal corporate behaviour. Therefore, it represents a sort of “quality seal”, a guarantee of legality and transparency, and it allows to obtain important benefits both in economic-financial terms and in terms of improving competitive positioning.
