Contains Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, Vitamin 86 and Iron, which contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue and tiredness. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, while Vitamin C and Folic Acid contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Magnesium and Potassium support normal muscle and nervous system function.

It is recommended to take 1 sachet daily. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml), stir well and take the resulting solution preferably in the morning. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only.
