What is Multivitamix®
Multivitamix®isa multivitamin and mineral dietary supplement that provides a balanced daily intake of all the vitamins and minerals needed by our bodies. The use of Multivitamix® can be useful, for example, in cases of deficiencies or increased requirements of the nutrients in stressful situations due to high psychophysical commitment, during periods of intense physical and sports activity or during states of convalescence .
The effervescent tablet is gluten-free (Prontuario AIC ) and lactose-free; sugar-free, with sweeteners.
It can be taken by adults and young people.
One effervescent tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (about 200ml), preferably in the morning and on a full stomach.
