An adverse reaction is a harmful, unintended effect resulting from the use of a medication.
What to do if you think you have had an adverse reaction to a drug?
Consult your family physician providing full details regarding the event that occurred and your medical history. Physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals must forward reports of suspected adverse reactions to the pharmacovigilance officer at their health care facility.
