What is Sedipram® Sleep Orosoluble
A supplement with Melatonin that contributes to a reduction in the time required to get to sleep, Hawthorn to promote relaxation and mental well-being, Magnesium that contributes to normal psychological and nervous system function, and tryptophan.
It is recommended to take one sachet 30 minutes before bedtime, pouring the contents directly into the mouth.
The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin.
